Refund policy

REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
Due to the signs being made to order, we do not offer refunds or replacements for signs that are received as ordered. We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements due to the aesthetics of natural wood, such as wood grain or knots in the wood. If your sign arrives incorrect or damaged, please message us within the first 48 hours of delivery including a photo of the sign.
We are able to cancel and refund your order if requested within 30 mins  of ordering.
